How long does delivery take?

Estimated freight delivery is usually 7-14 business days after order review. Final timing depends on item size, warehouse availability, carrier scheduling, and destination ZIP code.

How much is shipping?

Cart estimates use $129 freight below $999 and free estimated freight at $999 or more. Final delivery method is confirmed after order review.

Can I confirm whether a product fits my room?

Yes. Send room measurements, doorway width, elevator constraints, or delivery concerns to support@cozyorahome.com before ordering.

What if an item arrives damaged?

Report visible damage or missing parts within 7 days of delivery. Keep packaging and include photos of the packaging, label, item, and affected part.

What payment methods are supported?

Checkout is handled through PayPal. Eligible PayPal, debit card, credit card, and Pay Later options may be shown by PayPal during checkout.
