Most compact furniture orders are estimated at 5-10 business days after order confirmation. Final timing depends on item size, warehouse availability, carrier scheduling, and destination ZIP code.
How much is shipping?
Cozyora orders include free standard shipping. Taxes and any remote-area fees are confirmed before payment.
Can I confirm whether a product fits my room?
Yes. Send wall width, doorway width, elevator constraints, room photos, or delivery concerns to support@cozyorahome.com before ordering.
What if an item arrives damaged?
Report visible damage or missing parts within 7 days of delivery. Keep packaging and include photos of the packaging, label, item, and affected part.
What payment methods are supported?
Checkout is handled through PayPal. Eligible PayPal, debit card, credit card, and Pay Later options may be shown by PayPal during checkout.
