Return policy
30-day return window for eligible furniture orders.
We want compact furniture purchases to feel clear before checkout. Please measure carefully, keep packaging until the item is fully inspected, and contact us quickly if anything arrives damaged.
What can be returned
Most unused Cozyora Home furniture items may be requested for return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified, clean, and returned with original packaging, manuals, hardware, and protective materials.
Items that may not qualify
Returns may be declined for assembled or installed items, items with missing packaging or parts, items damaged after delivery, clearance/final-sale items if marked final sale, and products returned without prior approval.
Return shipping and restocking
If the return is not caused by damage, defect, or our fulfillment error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Some oversized or freight-handled furniture may have a restocking or carrier fee based on item condition and return route.
Damaged, defective, or missing parts
Report visible damage, concealed damage, defects, or missing parts within 7 days of delivery. Email your order number, product name, photos of the item, photos of the box/labels, and a short description. We will review replacement parts, replacement shipment, partial refund, or refund options.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected, or after a damage/defect review is completed. Please allow 5-10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
How to start a return
Email support@cozyorahome.com with your order number, checkout email, product name, reason for return, item condition, and photos. Please do not ship items back before receiving return instructions.
One-year structural warranty review
Cozyora Home provides a 1-year structural warranty review for eligible defects from normal residential use. This does not cover misuse, improper assembly, moisture exposure beyond normal indoor use, cosmetic wear, commercial use, or damage caused after delivery.
Measure-before-order note
Furniture returns often start with a missed measurement. Before ordering, review product dimensions, package dimensions, door swing, drawer clearance, outlet position, and delivery path. Our product pages include measurement prompts to help reduce avoidable returns.
